joydrop does not knowingly permit users under 13. If we become aware of an account held by a user under 13, we will terminate that account.

joydrop is a space for genuine recognition only. The following are prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or targeting of any user
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Sending unsolicited, spam, or manipulative Joydrops
• Using joydrop to distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Any use of joydrop that violates applicable laws or regulations

joydrop reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of these standards.

Joydrops — recognition messages sent through the platform — are stored permanently as a core feature of the product. By sending a Joydrop, you acknowledge and agree that the content may be retained indefinitely by the recipient and by joydrop.

Requests to delete sent Joydrops will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. joydrop is not obligated to remove content that does not violate these Terms.

joydrop supports community groups, which allow members to send and receive recognition within a defined group. Community administrators are responsible for managing membership and ensuring their community's use of joydrop complies with these Terms.

• joydrop reserves the right to remove or restrict any community that violates these Terms
• Community content is visible to members of that community

joydrop reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that joydrop determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, other users, or the integrity of the joydrop community.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless joydrop, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of joydrop, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.
